TROPICAL WAVE. THERE IS A LOW CHANCE...10 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM
BECOMING A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

2. AN AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER LOCATED OVER THE EASTERN ATLANTIC

TEHUANTEPEC IS BEGINNING TO SHOW SOME SIGNS OF ORGANIZATION.
